The Costa Mare Hotel is a modern hospitality project designed to provide a refined and comfortable guest experience through elegant interior spaces that reflect contemporary luxury and functionality. AMC Consulting was responsible for delivering comprehensive Interior Design BIM services, including the complete Interior Design concept, detailed working drawings, and the development of a coordinated LOD 300 Building Information Model for the hotel’s interior spaces. By leveraging an integrated BIM workflow, the project achieved efficient design coordination, enhanced visualization, and accurate construction documentation, supporting a smooth and high-quality project delivery in the UAE.
