AMC’s Role

Architectural & Interior Design BIM

  • Reviewed, updated, and enhanced architectural models across the full campus scope
  • Delivered a precise, fully coordinated Interior Design BIM model in compliance with AMC’s internal standards
  • Ensured accuracy, clarity, and integration across all disciplines throughout Phase I and Phase II buildings

MEP Coordination

  • Coordinated Architecture + MEP scope across a multi-building, multi-phase university campus
  • Maintained consistency across 10 buildings spanning health sciences, business, engineering, and student facilities

Documentation Deliverables

  • Produced a comprehensive set of architectural drawings — plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules
  • Aligned all deliverables with the latest model updates and coordination results
  • Supported smooth construction implementation and minimized site conflicts across a large, phased campus development
