AMC Consulting was responsible for delivering Architectural Design BIM services and leading the BIM coordination process during the design stage. The scope included the development of a coordinated Architectural Building Information Model (LOD 300), ensuring seamless multidisciplinary coordination, design accuracy, and comprehensive project documentation. Through an integrated BIM workflow, the project achieved enhanced collaboration, improved design quality, and efficient project delivery for the residential development in Oman.
