About Project
The TMG El-Rehab Mall is a contemporary mixed-use retail destination designed to provide a dynamic shopping and leisure experience through modern architectural design, efficient spatial planning, and functional commercial environments. The project emphasizes architectural quality, visitor comfort, and operational efficiency while creating an attractive destination that supports a wide range of retail and public activities.
AMC Consulting was responsible for delivering Architectural Design BIM services and leading the BIM coordination process during the design stage. The scope included the development of a coordinated Architectural Building Information Model (LOD 300), ensuring design consistency, multidisciplinary coordination, and high-quality documentation. Through an integrated BIM workflow, the project achieved improved collaboration, enhanced design accuracy, and efficient project delivery for the mall development in Egypt.
