About Project
The project covers a built-up area of approximately 895 square meters, located in Cairo, Egypt. The development was commissioned by Ghabour Motors as part of their expansion strategy to enhance their corporate facilities and provide a modern, functional environment for both staff and visitors.
AMC has been entrusted with delivering comprehensive BIM Interior Design and Shop Drawing Services, ensuring precision, coordination, and adherence to the client’s design intent. Our scope of work covered interior layouts, architectural detailing, and shop drawing production, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and seamless integration across all disciplines.
Project Documentation and Details
The Genesis Project has undergone an extensive process of review, refinement, and coordination to ensure all architectural and design outputs meet the highest levels of quality and technical excellence. The team dedicated substantial effort to enhance and fully develop the BIM models, adhering strictly to client requirements and recognized international standards of precision, clarity, and interdisciplinary integration.
As part of the project deliverables, a comprehensive set of architectural drawings was produced, including plans, sections, elevations, details, and schedules. Each output was carefully prepared to reflect the latest updates and coordination results, ensuring smooth implementation during construction. These deliverables were tailored to support efficient execution, minimize potential site conflicts, and fulfill the client’s vision with accuracy and reliability.
Interior Design
For the Genesis Project, the BIM modeling and coordination works have been fully developed to deliver a comprehensive and precise BIM model that incorporates all required details in line with the client’s expectations. This process included executing all coordination tasks and BIM works in strict compliance with the approved standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and full interdisciplinary integration.
