About Project
The Al-Hammra Project spans a total area of approximately 1 million m², strategically located along the Ras Al Khaimah waterfront. The development is composed of mixed-use plots integrating luxury hospitality, premium residential zones, commercial spaces, and retail destinations, all supported by comprehensive site-wide infrastructure.
Package A, positioned at the main coastal gateway of the masterplan, represents the project’s landmark zone — featuring a 5-star resort, serviced apartments, two residential towers, and a waterfront promenade that defines the architectural character of Al-Hammra.
AMC conducted a comprehensive review of the IFT design prepared by leading consultants, implementing value engineering solutions across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. The outcome optimized cost efficiency while fully maintaining the design vision, forming the foundation for IFC documentation aligned with the approved project budget.

For the Al-Hammra Project, the Architectural and Interior Design BIM modeling and coordination works have been fully developed to deliver a comprehensive BIM model incorporating all required details to meet the client’s expectations. This process included performing all coordination and integration tasks in strict compliance with the approved BIM standards and project requirements.
Documentation and Details
AMC has exerted significant effort to review, update, and enhance the architectural and interior design models for the Al-Hammra Project, ensuring full alignment with the project’s vision and the highest quality standards. The team implemented extensive refinements to develop a precise and fully coordinated BIM model in compliance with AMC’s internal standards, emphasizing accuracy, clarity, and seamless integration across all disciplines.
As part of the project deliverables, AMC produced a comprehensive set of architectural and interior design drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, detailed drawings, and schedules — all meticulously prepared to reflect the latest model updates and coordination outcomes.
