1. BIM Architect Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage architectural BIM models from concept to construction stage.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines for model integration.
  • Create detailed drawings and documentation based on project standards.
  • Support in clash detection and model reviews.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 3+ years of BIM modeling experience using Revit.
  • Understanding of construction detailing and architectural codes.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks is a plus.

2. BIM Structure Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Create structural BIM models including foundations, slabs, columns, and reinforcement details.
  • Collaborate with architects and MEP teams for coordination.
  • Generate shop drawings and construction documents.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 3+ years of structural modeling experience with Revit.
  • Knowledge of structural systems and standards.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks is preferred.

 

3.BIM Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical BIM models (lighting, power, low current systems).
  • Coordinate with other disciplines for clash-free models.
  • Prepare single-line diagrams, layouts, and schedules.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in BIM electrical modeling (Revit MEP).
  • Understanding of electrical codes and standards.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks for coordination.

 

4. BIM Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Model HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using Revit MEP.
  • Conduct model coordination with other disciplines.
  • Produce construction documents and detailed shop drawings.


Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • 3+ years of mechanical BIM experience.
    • Knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
    • Experience with Navisworks is an advantage.

     

5. Landscape BIM Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage landscape BIM models (hardscape, softscape, irrigation).
  • Coordinate landscape elements with architectural and infrastructure models.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and material schedules.


Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
    • 3+ years in landscape modeling using Revit and AutoCAD.
    • Understanding of planting schemes, hardscape detailing, and site levels.

6. Draftsman (Revit and AutoCAD MEP)

Responsibilities:

    • Produce detailed MEP shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
    • Update drawings based on site conditions and revisions.
    • Support BIM modelers with 2D detailing requirements.


    Requirements:

    • Diploma or technical certificate in engineering or drafting.
    • 3+ years of drafting experience in MEP systems.
    • Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

7. Business Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the AEC/BIM industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing.
  • 3+ years in business development, preferably in the engineering or BIM sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

8. Senior BIM Architect

Responsibilities:

    • Lead architectural BIM teams across projects.
    • Ensure BIM models meet project standards and client requirements.
    • Mentor junior BIM architects and conduct quality control reviews. 


      Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
    • 5+ years of BIM architecture experience.
    • Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination.

9. Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mechanical design and BIM modeling across projects.
  • Conduct technical reviews and approvals for mechanical submissions.
  • Lead coordination with other disciplines and resolve technical issues.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of mechanical design and BIM modeling experience.
  • Solid knowledge of international mechanical standards.

10. Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design and BIM modeling activities.
  • Review and approve electrical calculations, layouts, and models.
  • Provide technical support to site teams and junior engineers.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • 5+ years of electrical engineering experience with BIM.
    • Strong knowledge of local and international electrical codes.

11. Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Design and coordinate infrastructure systems (roads, utilities, siteworks).
  • Lead the preparation of detailed models and construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years in infrastructure design and BIM modeling.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and Navisworks.

12. Senior QS Manager

Responsibilities:

    • Manage quantity surveying operations including cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender analysis.
    • Provide cost advice during design development and construction stages.
    • Lead QS team and ensure quality and accuracy in all deliverables.

       


      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
      • 5+ years of QS experience, preferably in BIM-based environments.
      • Familiarity with cost management software and BIM 5D applications.

         

13. Senior BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage model coordination activities across disciplines.
  • Organize and lead clash detection sessions and resolution meetings.
  • Ensure all models comply with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 5+ years of BIM coordination experience.
  • Expert in Navisworks, Revit, and BIM 360.

14. BIM Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall BIM strategy, implementation, and delivery across projects.
  • Develop and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • Train and support project teams in BIM methodologies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding BIM deliverables.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of BIM management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and collaboration workflows.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
