Value Engineering (Architectural, Electrical & Site)
- Conducted a comprehensive BOQ and design review across architectural, electrical, and site-wide packages
- Delivered value engineering solutions that optimized cost efficiency while preserving the original design intent
- Identified and resolved discrepancies between BOQ quantities and model data, and proposed cost-effective material and system alternatives
Spatial Analysis & Area Planning
- Delivered precise Built-Up Area (BUA) breakdowns across multiple floors for critical zones (communication rooms, data centers, external loading docks)
- Ensured rigorous compliance with ADA standards and optimized fleet parking requirements for maximum operational flow
Detailed Architectural Documentation & Technical Design
- Delivered a fully coordinated Detailed Design (DD) package at LOD 400–500, bridging conceptual intent with construction readiness
