Interior Design
The interior specifications for the Marassi Bay villas feature high-quality imported porcelain tile flooring throughout the foyers, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
The design includes solid wood main entrance doors, stained oak veneer internal doors, double-glazed exterior windows, concealed/ducted air conditioning systems, and integrated water heaters.
Standard delivery specifications exclude home appliances and built-in wardrobes.
