About Project
The Mina Rashid Project is a landmark waterfront development located in Dubai, UAE, covering a total area of approximately 850,000 m². Designed as a premier mixed-use destination, the project integrates luxury hospitality, exclusive residential zones, retail areas, and marina facilities, all set within a vibrant urban masterplan celebrating Dubai’s maritime heritage.
Package A, situated along the main marina promenade, serves as a signature component of the development — featuring a 5-star hotel, branded residences, serviced apartments, and a retail boulevard overlooking the marina. This area establishes the architectural identity of Mina Rashid, blending contemporary design with coastal elegance.
AMC carried out a detailed review of the IFT design prepared by renowned consultants, providing value engineering solutions across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. These efforts ensured optimal design efficiency and cost control while preserving the project’s distinctive vision. The outcome forms the technical foundation for the IFC documentation, aligned with the client’s budget and quality standards.
